London 2018

We are delighted to invite you to a new edition of the Annual GRASP Conference. The theme for this year’s event is The Impact of Political and Technological Change on Romania and its Diaspora’.

The conference is part of the ‘Romania 2020′ series of GRASP events, where we analyse issues with a direct impact on Romania and the Romanian communities abroad.

Romania and Europe are currently going through several changes as a result of political and technological transformations. The role that technology plays in human life is becoming increasingly important. It has the potential to radically change the way we live, work and relate to each other as humans. Join us as we debate how technology is changing different areas of our life: the work environment, job market, energy supply and sustainability, how we do business.

We invited experts from different sectors: business, consulting, governmental and intergovernmental, academia and policy analysis. The four conference panels will tackle:

Panel I – Romania: An EU Member Making The Most Of International Change?

Panel II – Technology And The Work Environment: Will A Robot Steal My Job?

Lunch Break and Networking

Panel III – Technological Changes And The Energy World: What Kind Of Impact On Supply And Sustainability?

Panel IV – Advances In Technology And Business Growth: How Are The Business Sector And The Business Model Changing?
